Impulse is a fast-paced voxel style multiplayer arena shooter focused on momentum.

Wall run across maps, carry speed into slides and jumps, grapple onto the environment or other players, and use your weapons and abilities to gain an advantage

MOVEMENT

Maps are designed to be open to all forms of movement rather than a strict suggested route.

Movement chaining can allow you to stay in control while quickly moving between areas, or simply just run around and shoot anyone you see. You could find yourself flying across the map at speeds not even intended by the developers.

The more you learn about movement the greater opportunities you'll have.

PLAY YOUR OWN MUSIC

The game can be set to play MP3s from your computer as the soundtrack.

The environment reacts to the music with subtle color changes, but the music itself does not impact the gameplay being controlled by your mouse and keyboard. Simply because it's easier to move irresponsibly fast when you're using your own set of music.

No classes, paid items or gameplay unlocks.
