About This Game

Dejinochi is a tiny virtual pet that lives right on your desktop.

Hatch an egg and see who’s inside. Feed your new friend, play with them, clean up their mess, look after them when they’re sick, and check in every now and then while you work, study, or get on with your day.

The way you care for your Dejinochi shapes how they grow. Different routines can lead to different creatures. Some are adorable, some strange, and some you might not expect at all.

And they don’t stay little forever.

Eventually, every pet grows up and moves out, leaving behind a place in your album. Then it’s time to hatch another egg and meet someone new. You might even spot an old friend coming back to visit from time to time.

Along the way, you can discover new pets, unlock different shells, collect stickers, and slowly fill out your collection.

Dejinochi is designed to keep you company without constantly asking for your attention. Look after your pet for a minute, leave them happily pottering around on your desktop, and come back when you feel like it.
