Merchants Demise is a dark roguelike trading RPG about hauling cargo through a dangerous kingdom.

Will you earn your place in the Guild through honest trade and hard-earned reputation? Or become an outlaw, smuggle contraband, and make your money the fast way?

Every run begins with a Player Pack. Choose from 20+ different starting setups, each with its own supplies, gear, companions, strengths, and problems.

Start as a careful trader with reliable stock, a scrappy survivor with little to lose, or a risk-hungry merchant looking for a big score. Your first choices shape the whole run.

Buy goods where they are cheap. Sell them where demand is high. Plan your route, manage your cargo, and make sure you have enough resources to survive the next stretch of road

Markets change. Prices change. Trouble is always nearby.

Build a respectable business through Guild contracts, reputation, and legitimate trade—or ignore the rules and become an outlaw.

Smuggling, shady deals, dangerous contacts, and criminal opportunities can lead to huge rewards. They can also lead to enemies, trouble, and a very short career.

Your choices affect the jobs you find, the risks you face, and the kind of merchant you become.

No journey goes exactly as planned.

Encounter more than 75 events across the kingdom: desperate travelers, strange merchants, market crashes, ambushes, moral dilemmas, unexpected deals, and situations that can go very wrong very quickly.
