Guildmaster Simulator is a fantasy guild-management RPG where you recruit adventurers, develop their abilities, equip them for dangerous expeditions, and build a struggling guild into a legendary institution.

Every adventurer has their own class, traits, strengths and potential. Train them, specialise them, improve their equipment and decide who is ready to take on the contracts that will shape your guild's reputation.

Success can make heroes stronger.

Develop Your Adventurers

Your heroes are more than disposable units.

Watch them grow through levels and experience, improve their attributes, develop specialisations and proficiencies, and equip them with increasingly powerful weapons, armour and magical items.

As their careers progress, your choices can lead them down very different paths — including rare and dangerous transformations that grant great power at a cost.

Send Heroes on Expeditions

Choose from available expeditions, assess the risks and assemble the adventurers best suited to the job.

Successful expeditions can bring back gold, Renown, experience and valuable equipment, while failure may result in injuries or other lasting consequences.

Not every opportunity is worth the risk — and your strongest hero cannot be everywhere at once.

Build each adventurer's equipment loadout across weapons, armour, helmets, gloves, boots, rings and amulets.

Discover items of increasing rarity, decide who receives your best equipment, salvage what you no longer need and strengthen your roster through the Guild's Armoury and Workshop.

Increase your Guild Rank, earn Renown and expand what your guild is capable of.

Guildmaster Simulator is developed independently, and I use generative AI as one of the tools that helps me bring the game to life. As I am not a professional graphic designer or illustrator, AI-assisted tools have helped me create selected visual assets, character artwork, interface elements and promotional imagery that I can then review, refine and adapt to fit the game’s established style.

Generative AI has also assisted with portions of the game’s written content, including some quest, event and narrative text. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited and shaped by me before being included in the game to ensure it fits the world, characters, gameplay systems and overall creative direction of Guildmaster Simulator.

No generative AI is used during gameplay. All AI-assisted content is created during development and is fixed within the shipped game.
