Storyline
Happy Hollow Hotel was once advertised as a cheerful place where every guest would feel welcome. Its smiling mascot, Mr. Welcome, became the friendly face of the hotel but something inside Happy Hollow went horribly wrong. As you explore its rooms and dark corridors, you discover forgotten belongings, damaged recordings, and old advertisements that reveal pieces of the hotel’s disturbing history. The deeper you go, the clearer it becomes that Happy Hollow was never as innocent as it appeared. The hotel may be abandoned, but Mr. Welcome is still here and he has been waiting for another guest.

Gameplay
Happy Hollow is a single-player, first-person horror experience focused on exploration, environmental storytelling, and carefully scripted scares. Players will search rooms, interact with objects, operate switches, find keys, and unlock new areas while uncovering what happened inside the hotel. VHS-inspired recordings and environmental clues reveal more of the story as you progress. The game builds tension through immersive sound, unsettling environments, cinematic monster encounters, and deliberate pacing rather than constant action. Listen carefully to footsteps, noises behind walls, and changes in the environment as you navigate the hotel and survive your encounters with Mr. Welcome.
