An abandoned hospital ward that loops back on itself. Every lap, look for what changed. Nothing wrong — keep walking. Something off — turn back. Eight correct calls and you're out; one mistake drops you back at Ward 0. Some anomalies only watch you. Some of them run.

About This Game

The corridor repeats. You have to notice when it doesn't.

Same flickering fluorescents. Same nurse's poster. Same stretcher pushed against the same wall. You walk this hospital corridor again, and again, and again — and your only job is to catch the moment it stops being the same.

Nothing out of place? Walk forward.
Something wrong? Turn back.

Eight correct calls and you're out of the ward. One wrong call and you start over at Ward 0.

Nothing here is trying to kill you on a timer. It is measuring how closely you were paying attention.

Sixteen ways the ward lies to you

Some anomalies are quiet enough to miss. The eyes on the poster follow you now. The wheelchair by the door wasn't bloody a minute ago. There is a second Kiki at the end of the hall, facing the wall, whispering.

Others don't wait to be noticed. A roar somewhere in the dark, and something is already running.

So you learn to survive as well as look: kill the flashlight, crouch, get into a locker or under a bed, crack the door open and watch through the gap while it passes. The thing sleeping in the corridor will not wake up if you go quietly.

Kiki

You find her at the mouth of the corridor, too frightened to move.

Save her or leave her. It is your call, and it changes how this ends.

If she comes with you she hides when you hide, tells you what she noticed before you did, and is afraid out loud so you don't have to be. She's still with you at the end — if you brought her that far.

Three ways to run it

  • Normal — eight correct calls to escape.
  • Hard — sixteen, and the corridor gets longer.
  • Endless — no exit. See how deep you can get.

A lap takes a minute or two. How long the ward keeps you depends entirely on how closely you look — and Endless doesn't have an ending to reach.

Each mode keeps its own records: furthest ward, escapes, total laps walked.

Turkish and English, fully voiced

Menus, subtitles, dialogue and the hospital PA system — all of it in both languages. Turkish horror this fully localized is rare, and it was the first thing we built, not the last.

What's in the ward

  • 16 distinct anomaly types, drawn at random every lap
  • Hide in lockers and under beds — some anomalies have to be evaded, not just spotted
  • A companion, and a choice about her that changes the ending
  • NPCs you can talk to, and cutscenes between wards
  • Body-cam movement: the camera is mounted to the character's skull, footsteps land when the foot lands
  • Runs on modest hardware

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

HOSPITAL8 is made by a small independent team. Some content was created with the help of AI tools during development:
- All voice acting (Turkish), the music and the sound effects were generated with ElevenLabs under a paid commercial plan, then edited and mixed by us.
- A few in-game images (wall posters, screen images) and two short TV background video clips were generated with Google Gemini / Veo and edited by us.
- Parts of the game's code were written with the help of AI coding assistants.

The environments, characters, creatures and animations come from licensed third-party 3D asset packs (the creator of one creature model may have used AI tools).
No content is generated by AI while you play.

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

HOSPITAL8 is a first-person psychological horror game. It contains frequent blood and gore: blood-soaked corridors, corpses (including bodies hanging from the ceiling and medical specimen jars) and bloody first-person death scenes when a monster catches you (blood splatter on the screen, blood spurts, impact sounds). It also contains frequent jump scares, disturbing monsters, threatening voice lines and hallucinations caused by sleep deprivation. Some corpses and one creature appear unclothed: bare, blood-covered bodies with no genitals shown. This nudity is not sexual in any way. There is no sexual content and no profanity.
