Free Rulebook:

Warring Kingdoms is a RPG centered on creating, ruling, and expanding fantasy kingdoms.

Unlike most RPGs, Warring Kingdoms features a complete large-scale battle system, allowing players to resolve military conflicts directly on the tabletop rather than through abstract narration.

The game combines kingdom management, tactical warfare, resource management, politics, and roleplaying into a single experience.

BUILD AND RULE YOUR KINGDOM

Create your kingdom and decide how it will develop.

Manage resources, raise armies, recruit characters, deal with political problems, explore the world, and make decisions that can affect the future of your realm.

Your kingdom is more than a place on the map. It is an evolving part of the campaign, shaped by the decisions of its rulers.

FIGHT LARGE-SCALE BATTLES

When kingdoms go to war, battles are played out on the tabletop using a dedicated large-scale combat system.

Command infantry, archers, cavalry, monsters, and other forces while dealing with the changing conditions of the battlefield.

Military conflicts are not reduced to a single dice roll or a simple narration of what happened. The battle itself becomes part of the game.

PLAY YOUR CHARACTER ON THE BATTLEFIELD

Commanders are not limited to moving units.

Characters can use their normal RPG abilities during battles, allowing players to take actions that go beyond conventional military tactics.

Cast spells.

Inspire your troops.

Negotiate with enemies.

Challenge enemy leaders to a duel.

Interact with the battlefield.

Find creative solutions to military problems.

The same RPG rules that govern your character outside of combat can become tools during a war.

MANAGE RESOURCES AND MAKE DIFFICULT DECISIONS

Every kingdom has limited resources.

Decide where to invest them and what risks are worth taking.

Raise new troops, support your population, prepare for war, explore dangerous territory, or strengthen your kingdom.

There is no single path to developing a successful realm.

POLITICS, DIPLOMACY AND CONFLICT

War is only one way to deal with other kingdoms.

Form alliances, negotiate agreements, respond to political events, impose decisions, and deal with the consequences of your actions.

The decisions made by rulers can change relationships between kingdoms and create conflicts that may last for an entire campaign.

A LIVING CAMPAIGN

Warring Kingdoms is designed around long-running tabletop campaigns.

Players control their kingdoms and characters while the narrator presents the world and its consequences.

Events can change the political landscape, kingdoms can rise or fall, and the outcome of one conflict can create the circumstances for the next.

Your decisions become part of the history of the campaign.

CREATE YOUR OWN HISTORY

Warring Kingdoms does not give you a predetermined story.

Build your kingdom.

Raise your armies.

Lead your characters.

Make alliances.

Fight your wars.

And decide what your kingdom will become.
