People have been disappearing for weeks.

Strange, considering how quiet our little town Velviano used to be.

The earthquakes aren't helping either. Again and again, the ground trembles beneath the town, while rumors spread faster than answers.

The police don't seem to know what's going on, and the locals have their own theories.

And somehow, life goes on. The clinic is still open, the patients keep coming. But for how long?

Suspended from school and grounded, Fiorenzo has been sentenced to the worst punishment imaginable: Helping his mom at the clinic.

Clean up. Run errands. See patients. Do what you're told.

Mom says you're getting pretty good at it.

Tomorrow, the clinic opens again!

Using your mother's medical tools, carefully examine your patients, clean their ears, and deal with whatever you find inside.

This demo introduces the opening chapter of Tiny Chills - Not From Ear, combining hands-on ear-cleaning gameplay, exploration, environmental storytelling, and creeping body horror as Fiorenzo begins to uncover what is happening in Velviano.
