About This Game

Build an empire. Watch a tsunami take it.

Buy properties, build upgrades and collect rent from your rivals. Then watch a wave sweep across the table and turn a comfortable lead into a race to rebuild.

Board Dynasty is a colourful 3D board game with 18 modes plus Custom. Play solo against computer rivals or share the table with up to four local players. Build a property empire, push your luck with hidden bombs, win movement with high cards or send the city through time.

The forecast is everyone’s problem

Weather mode adds disasters and sudden opportunities to the property game. A tsunami clears owned land and buildings. Asteroids destroy upgrades. Fire eats away at property value until it is repaired, while a blizzard lowers rent and raises building costs. Rain and rainbows can turn the next landing into an opportunity.

Prefer a little warning? Forecast announces the next event before it hits every two rounds.

One board. Very different rivalries.

• Minesweeper: Pick a covered tile and hope it is safe. Four hidden bombs, no number clues and no guaranteed safe first pick. A bomb knocks you out; the last player standing wins.
  
• High Stakes: Everyone gets five cards. Each round, the printed slot reel reveals a prize of 1-15 spaces. Secretly lock one card; the highest wins the movement. Aces are high, tied winners split the prize rounded up, and all played cards are spent. After five rounds, everyone receives a new hand. First to finish four laps wins.
  
• Time Warp: Send the whole city between West, Classic, Modern and Future eras. Buildings transform and the rules change while your money, properties and upgrades stay yours.
  
• Race: Chase four laps with movement tiles, items and targeted abilities.
  
• Turf War: Claim tiles and survive rival territory with three hearts.
  
• Bulldozer: Start with buildings and tear down your rivals’ sites. Last player with buildings wins.

More ways to play the property game

Keep things familiar in Normal, outlast everyone in Bankruptcy or choose your landing from three visible rolls in Loaded Dice. Chase changing rent bonuses in Hotspots, face ever-higher rents in Rising Stakes, bid for land in Auction or protect properties before Time Loop resets the board.
