“As a single dev, it is very helpful to have more eyes on the project than just mine. While I have a vision for what this game will be, it is important to get feedback from players who wish to enjoy the game and can see things I may not spot. It'll help me make a better game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We're planning for around 6 months of early access.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to expand the number of game modes, of scenarios, and analyze the possibility of adding some form of multiplayer mode. We'll also be listening to the community with regards to what they'd like to see in the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Early access features the license taking, which involves 10 scenarios to play through; the arcade mode, where you play through 10 fun scenarios as "dayjobs" to earn money and try to beat the highest score; a sandbox mode with a large map where players are able to play with their excavator in a free environment without having to worry about time limits; a career mode, where you play through serious scenarios with harsher limits and penalties. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to raise the price when we hit full release, as the game will be even more complete and packed with features and content.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback, feature requests, and polish ideas will be taken into account as we continue developing the game further.”

Start as the "New Guy" and earn your heavy machinery license! Take on a massive variety of challenging, physics-based construction contracts:

  • Trench Digging: Carve out perfectly straight lines to exact depth specifications without caving the walls in.

  • Dump Truck Loading: A race against the clock! Maximize your scoop efficiency without spilling sand all over the site.
