About This Game

Night Shift: Something Is Wrong is a first-person atmospheric observation game focused on environmental exploration and anomaly detection.

You are starting a night shift inside an office building. Your job is to monitor the security cameras, patrol the rooms, and use the report terminal whenever something no longer matches the building’s normal state.

At first, the job seems simple. Learn the layout. Remember where objects belong. Understand how the lights, doors, and equipment normally behave.

But with each passing night, things begin to change.

Objects may disappear, move, or appear where they do not belong. Lights and doors may behave strangely. Some anomalies can only be seen through CCTV. Others may only become obvious when you inspect the building yourself.

But not everything unusual is an anomaly.

Observe. Verify. Then report.

Across seven night shifts, you will uncover new parts of the building, discover documents, and receive instructions from your supervisor, Jack. As the nights progress, some of those instructions may begin to conflict with what you see for yourself.

Your decisions, reporting accuracy, and behavior throughout the game will influence how the story ends.

Features:

  • Seven progressively changing night shifts

  • CCTV monitoring combined with physical patrols

  • Dozens of anomalies throughout the building

  • A report system based on location and anomaly type

  • Story events, documents, and phone calls

  • Choices that influence the story

  • Multiple endings

  • Atmospheric first-person exploration

  • No combat-focused gameplay

Not everything you see should be reported.
And not everything the system tells you has to be true.
