Core Gameplay Loop

Each turn, inspect resource prices and worker availability before deciding where to
invest. Hire workers, spend Wood and Ore to lay tracks, and extend your network toward
cities, villages, and valuable resource deposits.

Balance expansion against your available budget: building quickly can secure territory
and population, but expensive labor or unfavorable market prices may reward patience. Bid
against rival companies in land auctions, purchase strategic properties, and collect rent
when connected workers gather their resources.

When the turn ends, workers produce goods, settlements consume resources, markets adjust
their prices, companies receive income, and unpredictable events reshape the board. Use
the results to plan your next route, investment, or research project.
