About This Game

Welcome to WonderLang Russian, where learning Russian becomes an engaging RPG adventure. Explore a living world, take on quests, follow interactive dialogues, and solve language puzzles that turn study into play.

This is the Russian-learning edition of WonderLang. Learn Russian from any supported starting language. Other language editions are also available, while WonderLang Polyglot includes all current and future languages in one purchase.

Russian is woven into the adventure itself: explore, fight, converse, and investigate so that every quest becomes meaningful practice. WonderLang is designed for beginners, including players starting with no previous knowledge.

Immersive Russian Learning

  • Use an in-game graphical Russian keyboard and select the on-screen layout that suits you best.

Story and Learning as Gameplay

  • Follow a young hero who must learn Russian to lift a magical curse from their brother, meeting more than 60 unique NPCs.

  • Form sentences and understand dialogue to solve puzzles and complete quests.

  • Practise pronunciation through speech-recognition challenges, with an in-game dictionary and contextual help.

Spaced Repetition and Real-World Practice

  • Reinforce vocabulary and grammar in language-based battles built around spaced repetition.

  • Use Russian while buying food, shopping, making appointments, and handling other everyday situations.

  • Set daily goals and enjoy crosswords, memory games, charades, and other mini-games.
