About This Game

Mycelarium is a meditative incremental game about growing a living mycelium network beneath the forest floor.

Start with a single mushroom on the surface and send thin threads of mycelium into the soil below. Every new branch costs water. Every new node needs food. Stretch deeper, split wider, reach hidden resources, and turn the underground into a vast fungal system. Above ground, your mycelium can bloom into all kinds of mushrooms.

The forest is alive, but not hostile. Leaves fall and decay into food. Hedgehogs wander across the surface. Trees can become future sources of nutrients. There is no rush and no hard fail state, only the quiet pressure to expand, adapt, and connect.

Explore an endless procedural underground filled with food pockets, water reservoirs, hard soil, and impassable stone. Build your fungal empire one thread at a time.
