About This Game

Draw the line. Move the country.

Poland, drawn from the real map. You lay the rail cell by cell, and a train never reverses.

A line without a loop strands whatever is on it. The network you draw is the network you have to run.

Province by province

Pick a voivodeship to start in. Buy the provinces next to it, then the cities inside them.

Every purchase raises the price of the next one, so where you grow is the first decision.

Every passenger has a ticket

Each traveller is bound for one named city. The fare pays on arrival, not on boarding.

A trip takes as many changes as your network needs, and a city you have not reached yet is the one inviting the next line.

Track drawn cell by cell

Every segment splits what it crosses. Junctions form where lines meet. Signals own the cells around them.

Rebuild under running traffic: routes re-anchor instead of breaking.

Trains that never reverse

Loops, passing lanes and three-lane station approaches are the answer to a dead end.

Route planning picks the dock and entry direction for each stop. Where the line runs is still your problem.

Rivers, coast and ships

The Vistula, the Oder and the Warta are bridged, never followed.

Ports on the rivers and the Baltic coast run ships beside the trains.

Weather and the day

  • Rain and snow, rolled per region per day
  • Storms that slow trains, breakdowns that clear within a day
  • Sunrise to midnight in 24 seconds

Contracts and a campaign

Take contracts from the board and deliver them before the deadline.

The campaign ends when every city has sent someone to Warszawa.

No lose screen

Poland has no game over. A crowded platform or a crash costs you time, never the run.

Close up or the whole country

Tilt and turn the camera down to a single station. Pull back and the country becomes a line diagram.

Photo mode puts the camera on the ground beside a train.

Learn on the map

Tutorials dim the screen and show one control at a time, on maps built for the lesson.

More maps, same engine

France, Germany, Britain, Japan, India, Rome, Australia, Canada, the United States, Siberia, the Wild West and the whole of Europe, plus invented worlds.

Moddable to the map

A package is a folder: map, mode, economy, contracts, campaign, textures, music and its own translations.

Every bundled map is built that way, so a modder can replace any part of one.

Plain terms

  • No account, no network, no telemetry
