ABOUT THIS GAME

Overround is a sports betting and management roguelite set inside Palmabet, a small betting shop where every decision can bring you a little closer to getting out... or give you another reason to stay.

You start with a limited amount of money, a debt to pay, and several days ahead of you. Analyze matches, study the odds, place bets, buy items and bonuses, and decide how much risk you are willing to take to make it to the end.

BET IN A WORLD THAT KEEPS MOVING

Each matchday features games simulated in real time across a championship made up of two leagues and twenty teams.

Clubs have their own squads, statistics, strength levels, and form. You can bet on different markets before matches begin, then follow the action on the betting shop’s TVs while your bets are settled.

It is not just about finding the highest odds: you will have to decide when to take risks, when to protect your money, and when a bet that looks too good may not be quite as good as it seems.

BUILD YOUR RUN

During each run, you can obtain charms and bonuses that change the way you play.

Some improve specific situations, while others affect the shop, reports, betting, or different systems in the game. Combining their effects well can make the difference between reaching the next day or ending up with nothing.

You will also find:

Completing certain pages gives you access to run modifiers that change the rules of future runs: more or less starting money, especially attacking or defensive leagues, changes to odds, betting restrictions, and other variations that alter your strategy.
