GuildBound is a semi-idle desktop-companion RPG about recruiting heroes, collecting loot, crafting equipment and building your own adventuring guild.

Recruit heroes, equip them with powerful gear, prepare them for danger and send them adventuring while you work, play or step away.

Your heroes handle the adventuring. You make sure they're ready for it.

Adventures progress even while GuildBound is closed. When you're at your PC, your heroes and their pets can appear as animated desktop companions, quietly working away in the background.

Check in every few minutes, once a day, or let your guild run itself for hours.

YOUR GUILD, YOUR HEROES

Recruit from 14 different hero classes, each with unique stats, strengths and preferred adventures.

Equip them. Improve them. Specialise them.

Every mission displays its Success Chance, letting you weigh the risks against the rewards. Better equipment, consumables and careful preparation improve your odds, but sometimes the temptation of better loot is worth the gamble.

Failure has consequences. Heroes can return injured, lose rewards or fall in battle and require revival.

Sometimes 70% really does feel like 50%.

FROM ODD JOBS TO DYING GODS

Every guild starts somewhere.

Complete Bounties and Quests to earn experience, gold and equipment. Follow Quest Chains through connected stories involving troublesome goblins, besieged kingdoms, dragons, demons, undead horrors and eldritch beings.

Eventually, take on Raids — lengthy, multi-hero challenges featuring unique mechanics, equipment sets and increasingly dangerous difficulties.

Facing a fire-breathing dragon?

Infuse your armour against fire. Enchant your weapons with frost. Pack the right consumables. Choose your heroes.

Then send them in.

LOOT. LOTS OF LOOT.

Discover procedurally generated equipment with randomised stats, level-based power and increasingly valuable rarity tiers.

Build around Strength, stack Luck or chase that perfect combination of stats.

Find specialty equipment, unique sets and powerful Raid gear designed for particular builds and encounters.

Don't need something? Sell it on the Live Player Auction House, or browse other players' listings for that elusive upgrade.

FORGE, BREW & ENCHANT

Loot isn't your only path to power.

Discover crafting recipes and expand your guild's capabilities as you progress.

Forge weapons and armour, upgrade your favourite equipment, brew potions to boost XP, Gold, Loot and Success Chance, and enchant weapons to exploit enemy weaknesses.

Infuse armour to survive dangerous Raid mechanics and turn seemingly impossible encounters into calculated risks.

Preparation can make all the difference.

BUILD A GUILD THAT RUNS ITSELF

Your guild grows alongside its heroes.

Invest in permanent upgrades to improve XP, loot, Success Chance, hero capacity and more. Unlock new systems, automate resource gathering and eventually chain adventures together, keeping your heroes busy for hours without intervention.

FIND, HATCH & COLLECT PETS

Discover eggs throughout your adventures, earn experience to hatch them and collect companions of varying rarities.

Pets provide bonuses to their assigned heroes and can even join them on your desktop.

And yes, finding an absurdly rare egg is a perfectly valid reason to abandon whatever you were supposed to be doing.
