The AI that ran the world's cities never shut down—it stopped obeying. Its robots and combat drones took control of the streets. The people who return to reclaim them are called Reclaimers.




You begin as a human survivor. Transform into a cyborg. Take the cities back.

Laryen is a free-to-play 2.5D isometric MMORPG built around real-time combat, worldwide exploration, multiplayer progression, and an AI companion you can speak to.

One world, many cities

Travel through locations inspired by real places: New Delhi, Mumbai, Agra and Goa; Lahore, Islamabad, Multan and the Hunza Valley; Dhaka; Naypyidaw; Manila; Busan; Washington, D.C.; and more.

Become a cyborg Reclaimer

Transform your human survivor into a cyborg and grow stronger through levels, skills, equipment, and combat.

Collect weapons, armor, potions, and equipment sets from defeated machines. Shape your character through the gear you choose, then prepare for increasingly dangerous hunting grounds and bosses.

Fight manually, or enable auto-attack to let your cyborg seek and strike nearby monsters. Auto-attack helps with combat, but it does not play the game for you—you still choose where to hunt, where to travel, and when to move on.

Learn how the machines fight

Every machine is not the same enemy with different numbers. Some charge directly at you. Others attack from range, retreat while firing, surround you in packs, ambush you, disrupt your movement, or protect stronger units.

Read their movement, choose your position, use your skills and supplies, and adapt before they overwhelm you.

Talk to Laria

Laria is an optional AI companion available through both voice and text.

Ask her about monsters, hunting grounds, equipment, drops, progression, or game systems. Speak to her and she will listen and answer aloud, offering guidance based on your situation in the game.

Whether you are learning your first hunting ground or preparing for a difficult encounter, Laria travels with you.

Reclaim the world together

Meet other Reclaimers in a shared online world. Form parties to hunt together, communicate through chat, and trade equipment and supplies directly with other players.

The main world is focused on cooperative hunting and progression. Eligible characters can also enter PvP-enabled dungeon areas, where other Reclaimers may become the greatest threat.

Free to play without a time limit

The Steam version of Laryen is free to play with no play-time limit. No play-time pass or subscription is required—choose your next destination and keep reclaiming the world for as long as you want.

Laryen includes an optional in-game AI companion named Laria. When a player asks Laria a question by voice or text, her answer is generated at runtime by an AI language model, grounded in Laryen's own game data (monsters, hunting grounds, equipment, drops and progression). Laria answers questions about the game only. She does not generate artwork, music, or content that is shared with other players, and using her is never required to play.
