A: No, all items included in the Zakum Package are purely cosmetic. They do not grant any stats, bonuses, or enhance your character's gameplay in any way. 

Q: Can any character equip the outfit set item?

A: Yes, all items in the outfit sets--Well Loved Outfit Set, Founder's Thief Outfit Set, and Manji's Outfit Set--can be equipped by any character regardless of gender or job. There are also no weapon restrictions.

Q: How do I receive my Zakum Package items?

A: All package items are delivered automatically upon your first login to Classic World, with no manual coupon redemption needed. You can claim these items from your in-game mailbox until November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. Note that the Zakum Package can only be claimed once per account, and you will need to leave Maple Island before you can open your Zakum Package items. After picking up your package, you will have 30 days to open your package.

A: Yes, all in-game progress made during Founder's Access (starting October 6, 2026) will be carried over as the game officially launches on October 21, 2026.

Q: Can I use the Zakum Package items outside of MapleStory Classic World?

A: No, the contents of the package are only available in MapleStory Classic World.

Q: Do the Zakum Package items expire? 

A: Yes, you must pick up the items from your in-game mailbox on Classic World before November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. If not claimed from your mailbox, the items will expire. Please see above for the details on duration and tradability. 
Note: Outfit sets come packaged in a box that have a 30-day duration and are tradable within your account. Upon opening the box, the resulting outfit items are permanent and untradable. 

Q: Is there a deadline to purchase the Zakum Package?

A: Yes, the Zakum Package is only available for a limited time! Once the sale window closes at 11:59 PM PDT on October 14, 2026, the package will no longer be available for purchase.
