Why Early Access?

“Early Access is our way of ensuring that the game will be rock-solid when fully launched. Tuning gameplay balance to perfection is one of our top priorities. As it is, the game is in it's Alpha stage and as such you will almost certainly encounter issues relating to this such as bugs, game play issues, instability with the multiplayer online, and so on.

Early Access is a way for you to enjoy Aviators whilst it is in the final stages of development. With your support, we hope to ensure Aviators is here to stay for many years to come. We already feel that we've come a long way to make sure that we meet everybody's expectations with this EA launch.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Thanks to your support we will be able to continue the development of the game until it’s ready for official release. Our goal is to launch Aviators when the game works perfectly.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In Early Access you receive a solid foundation of what Aviators is about. Some of the features are still under development and will be implemented in future updates. A big part of EA is finding out what players would like to see more of, but here’s some of what you can expect*:

Gameplay balance tuned to perfection
New Arenas
Expansions and improvements to Ranking Systems
More ways of smashing in style with skins and other visual customizations
Improvements and polish across the board including but not limited to
Social System
Replay System
New user experience & Progression System
Menu interface and HUD

*Please note that things might still change as development continues, nothing is set in stone but these are the things we're working towards right now.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable, with a round based online progression system.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Aviators, once its fully released, will have a higher price than going in to EA. As the game fleshes out and the development moves forward we may start increasing the price while still in EA.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Our team are continuously looking for feedback and ideas through our community. One way os the use of a public Trello board where you can add and vote for feedback and suggestions. Particularly engaged players may have the opportunity to be included in private conversations and internal tests, so be sure to get involved!
