About This Game

A strategic roguelike about building bee colonies. Spend daylight gathering honey and growing the hive, then hold the line when hostile insects raid after dark.

Colony Automation

Your bees have their own behavior and goals. Workers seek out flowers and gather honey, gardeners tend to flowers to keep them blooming, and nurses patch up the wounded and cure the sick. When invaders attack, your soldiers intercept them and fight to defend the hive. As Hivekeeper, your role is deciding which castes to hatch, which talents to unlock, and what rewards augment your build best.

Roguelike Rewards

After fighting off a raid or defeating a powerful elite, you are rewarded with a choice of 3 unique augments from a pool of 32.

The Talent Comb

Hive upgrades run through a hexagonal board of 60 talents. Unlock them all to gain access to the Queen Rite. The board layout partially randomises for each hive, keeping each run fresh and testing your ability to adapt.

Day and Night Cycles

During the day, worker and gardener bees busily make sure there is an incoming flow of honey. When the sun sets, raids begin. Enemy swarms move toward the hive from map edges or burst through underground tunnels. If defenders fall and invaders breach the core, the colony collapses. Surviving a night grants a choice of three randomised tactical rewards.
