About This Game

[ Tap it, and your PumpUp Fugu puffs right up ]

Somewhere out at sea live the PumpUp Fugu — odd little creatures with one

talent. Tap one and it puffs up in a huff, shoving aside whatever happens

to be in the way.

Use that to push the Fugu Queen out through the coral wall and set her

free!

Simple to play. Once you spot the trick, a level falls in seconds — but

finding the trick is where the puzzle lives. An action physics puzzler

with far more depth than it lets on.

[ 160 hand-built levels ]

Two areas, eight stages each, ten levels apiece. 160 in all, with room

for newcomers and veterans alike.

Clear a stage and the fugu dive deeper, where stranger creatures and

stranger contraptions are waiting. Every level stays satisfying to

solve — and every level asks a little more of you.

[ Stars to collect, times to beat, reasons to come back ]

Star-shaped starfish are scattered through the levels. You never need one

to finish a stage, but they sit where only a cleverer solution can reach

them. Clear a level once, then go back for the star.

Your best time is kept for every level, every stage and every area. There

is never only one way through a stage: change which fugu you tap, and

when, and watch the clock come down.

A stage you have already beaten is still worth replaying — for the star,

or for the time.

[ When you have solved them all ]

Clear every level in Areas 1 and 2, and AREA 51 appears: stages built at

random, endlessly.

Because they are generated, some of them cannot be solved. Hit SHUFFLE

and it builds you another.

Long after Areas 1 and 2 are behind you, there are still stages waiting.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

This game includes content created with the help of AI during development.

Images (34): backgrounds, the logo and in-game objects were created using OpenAI's image generation (gpt-image), then edited by the developer.
34 of the 66 sprites in the shipping build originate this way.

UI elements and one texture (13) and sound effects (21): these were designed by AI (Claude) and implemented as the developer's own program code. They are not the output of an image or audio generation model; the shapes and waveforms are produced by deterministic processing.

The game does not generate any content with AI at runtime.

Music is licensed from a purchased royalty-free library and involves no
AI. Stage design is the developer's own work.
