Windowsill Isle is a small island that lives on your desktop.

It never goes fullscreen. It never asks for your attention.

It won't pop up while you're busy.

It just sits in the corner of your screen, quietly living its own life.

Look up every once in a while, and you'll find something has changed.

The sea leaves things behind

Every now and then, the tide leaves something on the sand.

A small anchor. A bottle. A piece of driftwood.

They aren't quests. Nothing is waiting on you.

It's just the sea, thinking of you.

Click, and you'll know what a place is for

Every building on the island has a name and a purpose.

Click one to see who works there,

and what the place means to the people who live here.

The islanders have names, and moods

Each one has their own job and their own temperament.

They don't wait for your orders.

They're simply living their lives.

The lighthouse slowly comes alive

At the heart of the island stands a lighthouse.

While you work, while you type, while you click,

energy gathers, little by little.

The hours you spent focused become light on the island.

The town grows on its own

A house, a park, a fountain — the islanders want to build something.

Will you help?

The island you leave today won't be quite the island you return to.

The Island Left You a Photograph

The island keeps a record of moments worth remembering.

The lighthouse, its residents, and the changing light of each day—all find a place in your island album.

The Sea Keeps the Little Things You Missed

Some events you didn’t happen to see may become messages in bottles and drift back to shore.

They aren’t notifications. It’s simply the island sharing something that once happened.
