END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and NeuroPixel Studios (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for the video game SuperNatural Market: Sell or Die, including any related software, updates, downloadable content, demo versions, Early Access versions, documentation, and related materials provided through Steam or other authorized platforms (collectively, the “Game”).

By installing, accessing, downloading, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install, access, download, or play the Game.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The Game is licensed to you, not sold. You do not acquire ownership of the Game or any part of it.

2. Early Access Notice

SuperNatural Market: Sell or Die may be released as an Early Access game. This means the Game may be unfinished, may contain bugs, may change over time, and may not include all planned content or features.

We may add, remove, rebalance, redesign, or modify gameplay systems, content, visuals, audio, user interface, progression, save systems, features, and technical requirements during development.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to its code, gameplay systems, characters, story, dialogue, names, logos, artwork, animations, sounds, music, videos, designs, world, items, products, user interface, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by NeuroPixel Studios or our licensors.

You may not claim ownership of the Game or any of its content.

4. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:

a. copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;

b. modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game;

c. use the Game for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;

d. bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, DRM, platform, or access control features;

e. use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, unauthorized trainers, or other tools that alter the intended gameplay experience;

f. upload, distribute, or make available any files or modifications that contain malware, harmful code, or infringe the rights of others;

g. remove or alter copyright, trademark, or ownership notices included in the Game.

5. Streaming, Videos, and Screenshots

You may create and share gameplay videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, commentary, and other creator content featuring the Game, including monetized content on video and livestreaming platforms, provided that such content does not misrepresent the Game, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable laws or platform rules.

We reserve the right to object to content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or damaging to the Game, the Developer, or other players.

6. Mods and User-Created Content

Unless we provide official modding tools, Steam Workshop support, or written permission, this Agreement does not grant you the right to modify, distribute modified versions of, or create derivative works based on the Game.

If we later allow mods or user-created content, additional rules may apply.

7. Updates and Changes

We may provide patches, updates, fixes, balance changes, new content, or remove content from the Game at any time. Some updates may be required in order to continue playing the Game.

We are not obligated to provide any specific update, feature, content, or release schedule unless required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game is distributed through Steam and may use Steam features. Your use of Steam is governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable Valve terms.

We are not responsible for Steam services, outages, account issues, refunds, payment processing, or platform-specific policies controlled by Valve.

9. Refunds

Purchases, refunds, and payment issues through Steam are handled according to Steam’s refund policies and applicable law.

This Agreement does not limit any legal rights you may have under consumer protection laws.

10. Save Data and Progress

The Game may create local or platform-based save data. We do not guarantee that save data will always remain compatible with future versions, especially during Early Access development.

Updates, technical issues, corrupted files, platform changes, or development changes may affect save data, progression, settings, or compatibility.

11. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, comments, or other information about the Game, you grant us the right to use, modify, implement, publish, and commercialize that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

You understand that we may already be developing similar ideas or features.

12. Privacy

The Game does not require a separate account from us to be played through Steam unless stated otherwise.

Steam may collect and process data according to Valve’s own policies. If we collect personal data directly in the future, such collection will be described in a separate privacy policy or notice where required.

13. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, bug-free, secure, compatible with all systems, or that all issues will be fixed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroPixel Studios and its developers, employees, contractors, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or system damage arising from or related to your use of the Game.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

15. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete any installed copies, except where Steam or applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any part of this section is not enforceable under applicable consumer protection laws, the mandatory laws of your country of residence may still apply.

17. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through Steam, the Game, our website, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.

19. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any applicable Steam terms and any additional terms provided with the Game, forms the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Game.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
