About This Demo

Dude, Trust Me

One of you goes blind, one goes deaf, one loses their voice. Nobody holds more than a third of any answer, and the only way out is making yourself understood to two people who cannot hear it, see it, or say it back.

Pick your role

  • BLIND, the Hands. The room is black to you: white outlines only, no color, no writing. In return, only your hands read braille and tell shapes apart. You hear and you speak, so say out loud what your hands find.

  • DEAF, the Eyes. Not one word from your team reaches you. In return, you are the only one who sees the world clearly: colors, symbols, screens. And you can speak, so you are the one who narrates it to the other two.

  • MUTE, the Brain. You see and hear everything, and you are the only one who can read the Escape Guide. Meanwhile the game holds your microphone shut. You answer in emotes alone, and the Blind cannot see emotes.

Two environments

Blind Passage. Six gates, a drop under every plate, and a running clock. The Blind finds a number by hand, the Deaf sees a symbol, and only the Mute knows what those two mean together. And only the Deaf can see which plate that answer points at.

Carousel Playground. A carousel nobody rides, four cables across six sockets, and a countdown you cannot pause. The Blind floods the room with colour and works the keypad, the Deaf is the only one who sees the marks that colour brings out, and only the Mute knows what those marks are worth. Nobody here can both work out an answer and enter it.

What's in the box

  • All three roles, complete.

  • Voice chat and the full emote wheel.

  • Dealt again every run, so losing just means going in one more time.

  • Swap roles freely. The same room plays completely differently.

Get all three out and there is a lot more waiting. Add Dude, Trust Me to your wishlist.
