About This Game

BUILD YOUR ARMY. CONTROL THE MAP.

Build your army. Control the map. Take what you can use and destroy what you can’t.

Keepbreaker is a competitive turn-based strategy game where your economy, technology and military power all exist on the battlefield. Develop your faction, fight for valuable territory and attack the structures & positions keeping your opponent’s army alive.

Invest too heavily in the future and the enemy may strike before it pays off. Commit everything to pressure and you may fall behind.

Your goal is simple: break the enemy Keep before they break yours.

Mines, Barracks, Outposts and other strategic structures pull both players away from the safety of their Keeps. Useful infrastructure can change hands, turning something your opponent relied on into an advantage for you.

Technology structures are different: they develop your faction, but physically exist on the board. Build them safely and reinforcements travel farther, build them forward and they become valuable targets.

You may enter a match with a plan, but your opponent has one too. Scout through the fog of war, discover what they are developing and decide whether to counter it, pressure it or exploit something elsewhere.

Develop different technology branches to unlock new units, abilities and upgrades as the match changes. Your army grows stronger because of what you built — and your opponent can see where that strength came from.

The aim is not to repeat one perfect build order. Read the match and build the army it demands.

Movement, vision and positioning determine where fights happen and what each army has to defend. Threaten something valuable to force a response, create space somewhere else or set up the engagement you actually want.

When armies clash, combat is deterministic. Units act by initiative, with equally fast attacks resolving together. There are no random attack rolls turning a carefully prepared move into a miss.

Create the advantage first. Then use it.

Each faction approaches the battlefield differently. The Dwarves build durable formations and strengthen important positions. The Orcs rely on mobility and pressure to exploit exposed investments. The Elves use range, vision and precision to control engagements before enemies can close in.

Those strengths are only the starting point. What you actually field depends on how you develop your faction and what the match demands.

Winning does not mean chasing down every enemy unit. Capture infrastructure they depend on, take territory their production needs and push far enough to threaten the technology behind their army.

Force them to choose what they can afford to save. Take what you can use. Destroy what you can’t.

Then finish what the entire match has been building toward.

Break their Keep.
