About This Game

God has Died...

...leaving their Throne empty. Without them, the world is falling into ruin, with powerful entities forming cults in a bid to take the Throne. You are the Chosen of one such entity, and fated to leave this world behind as a pawn in the grand struggle.

Assemble a deck of cards to face off against horrors in a unique turn system where you're always in control. Enemy actions are on a timer, and each card you play brings them closer to acting, but it never stops beings "your turn." 

Features

1. Variable Turn System

• Cards cost “time” instead of resources, and the actions of each enemy are tied to a timer. Each card you play counts down these timers until the enemy eventually acts. 

• Turn order constantly changes and staggers as enemies take different actions, keeping you on your toes.

2. Skills

• Your patron has granted you abilities that do not advance Time, but require sacrificing cards from your hand. Find use for unwanted cards and pull off last-minute actions to defeat enemies

3. Replayable Roguelike

• Encountered enemies and cards are randomized each time you play through the game. Find different cards and mostrous factions each run. Will you be able to claim God's Throne by the end of it?
