About This Game

STRESSTEST is a round-based multiplayer shooter for up to 8 players. Blast each other across the arena and cash out kills and placement for credits. Reroll and stack upgrades between rounds until your build turns unhinged, then stress test it against the durability of your friends.

EVERYONE IS THE EXPERIMENT

Up to 8 subjects enter the arena every round and only one is victorious. Place badly and you lose health going into the next round, and when your health runs out you are done.

HEALTH OR WEALTH

Greed is a valid strategy right up until it isn't. Each round, last place loses the most health but also earns the most passive income. Spend credits on the upgrades that keep you alive the next round, spend on levels to unlock the rare tiers, or spend nothing at all, take the beating, and let interest build until you can afford a build no one else can.

NEVER LUCKY

Reroll the shop until it gives you what you want, or until you are broke, whichever happens first. Duplicates fuse into stronger versions, so the one you keep not finding is the one that would have upgraded. Miss the upgrade you wanted eight rolls in a row while your friends hit everything and you will have opinions about the shop.

TONS OF BUILDS

50+ upgrades tune everything from bullet count and size to stamina, speed, and jump height. Also ones that change what your bullets do: bullets that go through walls, bullets that explode, bullets that track enemies, and no rule against all three at once.

ABILITY CARDS

One separate slot holds an ability card that changes what you can do at all: grappling hook, teleport, jetpack, invisibility, immunity and more.

PARRY ANYTHING

Time it right and you send incoming damage back where it came from. The player who built the unstoppable projectile build did not account for you having hands.

CHAOTIC PHYSICS

Every hit sends someone flying. Everybody loves ragdolls.
