About This Game

There won’t be a moon-viewing party at Hakurei Shrine this year.

The Scarlet Devil Mansion keeps growing taller in the distance, spoiling the view from the shrine’s courtyard. Reimu has lost her enthusiasm for hosting the party, but Tenshi, who has already brought the sake, isn’t ready to call it off. If the view is no good down here, why not take the party higher than anyone else?

So she builds herself a flying pleasure cruiser, brings aboard tables, chairs, and sake, and starts welcoming guests from far and wide.

Build a Boat, One Room at a Time

Add kitchens, dining areas, guest rooms, and entertainment facilities, expanding your boat room by room. Build outward and upward, connect walkways, and leave terraces where guests can relax and enjoy the view.

Rearrange rooms to suit your business, and gradually turn your little boat into something of your own.

Welcome Guests Above the Clouds

Once aboard, guests follow their own routines: eating, shopping, resting, and finding ways to pass the time. Some settle down to watch a performance, while others wander the corridors. On clear nights, the rooftops become a place to admire the moon.

Stock up on ingredients and merchandise, arrange the services on board, and watch guests come and go between facilities. Then put the earnings from each voyage toward new rooms.

From One Stop to the Next

Choose your next destination, replenish your supplies, welcome new guests, and carry them onward.

Each destination has its own guests and goods. Dock, shop, stop for a chat, then return aboard to keep your business running. You can also invite characters such as Reimu and Remilia along and hear what they think of the trip.

The venue in the sky is ready, but the moon-viewing party at the shrine is still unsettled. As Tenshi carries her guests from place to place, she keeps working on getting that party going.
