About This Game

HARDCORE ROUND-BASED SURVIVAL

HIVEROT is a zombie FPS focused on intense gunplay, in-match progression, and enemies that physically react to every hit.

Fight through increasingly difficult rounds, earn points, build a loadout, unlock the map, and prepare for whatever joins the next wave. There is no final round. Survive for as long as you can.

MANY DIFFERENT ENEMY TYPES

The horde becomes more dangerous as the game progresses. Fight standard zombies alongside flying skulls, electric conduits, ranged laser-wielding brutes, massive spiders, tentacled monstrosities, and many other enemy types.

All enemies stagger under gunfire, lose limbs, collapse, crawl after taking heavy damage, burn, break apart, and fly through the environment under powerful impacts.

Each map has its own enemy roster and special rounds system that introduces new threats, forces you to rethink your strategy, and adapt your loadout and positioning.

BUILD POWERFUL LOADOUTS

You earn points by damaging enemies, and can spend these points to purchase weapons and ammunition, access new areas, activate various traps, upgrade your weapons, and buy perks that change your stats and abilities. Additionally, timed power-ups and special rewards can turn a failing run around or give you an opportunity to try a different strategy.

MORE THAN 50 WEAPONS

Use pistols, shotguns, rifles, submachine guns, machine guns, explosives, melee weapons, and heavy weapons with distinct handling, recoil, reload animations, movement characteristics, and attachments.

Discover experimental weapons that create black holes, suspend enemies in anti-gravity fields, spread infections, launch targets across rooms, burn groups, and much, much more.

VARIED MAPS

Each map contains its own unique layout, purchases, power systems, objectives, and secrets to discover.

PLANNED MULTIPLAYER AND FREE DEMO

4 player co-op is planned for full release. A free single-player demo will be released before the end of 2026.
