About This Game

In The Bounty, you make your living taking on contracts. Some send you after dangerous creatures. Others send you looking for supplies or people who haven’t made it home. You choose the job, head through the portal, and fight your way toward a payday.

Between hunts, you return to an abandoned camp that you gradually rebuild. The supplies you bring back become new buildings and upgrades, while rescued survivors bring their own skills to the settlement. Spend time gathering resources, tending the fire, and working on the camp before taking another contract. As you grow into a more capable hunter, the place you return to grows with you.

Every hunt begins with a contract. Track down dangerous targets, clear infestations, rescue stranded survivors, search for treasure, or simply survive what’s waiting for you.

Each job brings a different objective, different challenges, and its own rewards. Choose your contract, step through the portal, and try to make it back with the bounty.

THE HUNTER'S CODE

Your reputation follows you home.

Complete contracts to rise through the hunter ranks and shape your Hunter's Code, a set of opposing ideals that define the kind of hunter you're becoming.

Merciful or Ruthless. Survivor or Gambler. Your choices unlock different traits and advantages, letting the decisions you make between hunts shape how you play during them.

BUILD YOUR ARSENAL

Discover unusual weapons, customize them with weapon mods, and unleash supernatural abilities. Poison your enemies, freeze them in place, or let lightning do some of the work. Experiment with combinations that change how you fight and find increasingly ridiculous ways to get the job done.

REBUILD YOUR CAMP

Turn an abandoned campsite into a home worth coming back to. Gather wood and stone, put up new buildings, upgrade your facilities, and keep the campfire burning between hunts.

You don’t have to rebuild alone. Rescue survivors and bring them back to camp, where their skills can help you settle in and build something better.
