About This Game

The Last Day: What Remains is a short, emotional point-and-click narrative about memory, regret, and the weight of one final choice. Explore a hand-drawn room, uncover the stories held by everyday objects, and decide how to spend the time you have left.

Today is the last day.

Nothing looks different. Your coffee is still warm, your cats are waiting, and the room is filled with everything you kept meaning to return to.

Every object offers a possibility. Call someone you miss. Play with your cats. Pick up an abandoned hobby. Go to work. Step outside. Each interaction reveals another part of the life you are leaving behind.

You can examine every possibility and postpone any decision. There is no countdown forcing your hand. But once you commit to an activity, the day ends.
