Forge magic swords as an undying elven smith, then choose who wields them. Every blade you sell reshapes a life: into a hero, or into ruin. In time the wielder dies and the sword returns to your anvil, to be melted into the next. A quiet craft-and-consequence sim about what a blade leaves behind.

About This Game

You will not save the world. You loose magic swords into it, and witness how it bends around them.

Your human master left you one lesson: "Do not think the work ends when the blade is forged. Witness the life that follows."
A long-lived elf, you kept that lesson so faithfully that the iron itself woke with a will of its own — the birth of the magic sword.
In a workshop beyond the town, you light the forge, and your story begins.

Forge

Choose a recipe and materials, and shape a magic sword over several days. At completion a cold void opens and a staged reveal begins.
Darkness, then a silhouette, the glow of rarity, the crest, and finally the numbers — the blade's appearance and properties emerge one beat at a time.

Deal

Read each visitor's Vessel, Ambition, Ethics and Lifespan with your appraising eye, and decide: should this person hold this blade?
Give too strong a sword to the ambitious and you invite ruin; entrust it to the just and a hero is born.
Swords carry no affinity tags — the judgment is yours alone.

Observe

A sold blade lives on in the world. Days later its wielder rises as a hero or falls to destruction, and that fate returns to you as a story.
Your reputation grows along two separate axes — fame and infamy — shifting your clientele and even the balance of factions.

Inherit

People age and die. The sword remains, and returns to your hand. Melt a well-worn blade down as material and its skills pass into the next.
An endless loop of inheritance, honed across generations.

Beyond the workshop

  • At least 100 recipes, over 50 materials, and more than 350 magic-sword designs
  • Nearly 100 adventurers and more than 20 unique customers, each with a fate to follow
  • More than 20 quests and multiple endings shaped by accumulated choices
  • At least 30 original BGM tracks, plus character motifs, stingers and sound effects
  • A walkable Blade Museum where returned swords and their histories can be preserved

A quiet craft, one blade at a time. The blade remains; the wielder does not — spend a while with the marks they leave.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Generative AI was used during development as a coding assistant and to assist with drafting and translating store-page and marketing text. Some pixel-art assets were rendered by deterministic drawing code written with AI assistance; the final images were not directly output by a text-to-image or diffusion model. All shipped and published content was reviewed and edited by the developer. No generative AI runs in the game, and no content is generated from player input.
