What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“YeetFest is launching in Early Access so we can develop and improve the game alongside the community. Player feedback will help us balance gameplay, fix issues, improve existing features, and decide what should be expanded as we work toward the full release.

The core game is already playable, but there is still plenty we want to improve and add. Early Access gives players a chance to be part of that process and help shape YeetFest as it grows.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect YeetFest to remain in Early Access for approximately 6–12 months. This timeframe may change depending on player feedback, development progress, and the amount of additional content and polish we feel the game needs before its full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of YeetFest is planned to expand on the Early Access version with more content, features, maps, and gameplay improvements. We also plan to improve balancing, performance, polish, and overall stability throughout Early Access.

Player feedback will play an important role in deciding what gets improved or expanded. Our goal for the full release is to provide a more polished, content-rich, and complete YeetFest experience.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“YeetFest is currently fully playable in Early Access, with the core gameplay and main features already implemented. Players can experience the main gameplay loop from start to finish.

The game is still in active development, so players may encounter bugs, balancing issues, unfinished content, and other rough edges. We plan to continue improving stability, performance, gameplay balance, and overall polish throughout Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to offer YeetFest at a lower price during Early Access. As the game receives more content, features, and polish, we expect to increase the price when the full version is released.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to involve the YeetFest community throughout Early Access by actively listening to player feedback, bug reports, and suggestions.

Players will be able to share their thoughts through the Steam Community and other community channels. Feedback will help us identify issues, improve balancing and gameplay, and decide which areas of the game should receive the most attention.

We also plan to keep players updated as YeetFest develops and use community feedback to help shape the game toward its full release.”
