In Afterframe, your camera is more than a recording device. Rooms, objects, and dark corners that appear ordinary to the naked eye reveal an entirely different reality through its lens. Raise your camera to uncover what cannot be seen but be careful not to stare for too long.

Something in the darkness may be watching you back.

FOLLOW THE TRAIL OF A MISSING RANGER

You play as Daniel, sent to an isolated forest to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a ranger named Elias. An abandoned ranger station, rooms left without power, and an old well hidden deep within the woods still carry traces of what happened here.

The operator on the other end of your radio will guide you but soon, what she refuses to tell you may become more important than what she does.

EVERY RECORDING COMES AT A PRICE

Use your camera to reveal anomalies, document evidence, and uncover details hidden from the normal world. But the longer you keep recording, the more reality begins to distort around you. Objects move, doors open on their own, and the boundary between what you see and what the camera captures slowly begins to disappear.

The longer you look, the more likely it is that something will notice you.

UNCOVER THE TRUTH, PIECE BY PIECE

Examine abandoned notes, watch forgotten VHS tapes, and restore the station’s security cameras. Every seemingly unrelated clue is part of something larger and far darker than it first appears.

But every answer will lead to another question. Some secrets have not been forgotten. They have only been waiting to be found.
