About This Demo

Wuxing: Elemental Array Poker is a feng-shui roguelike deckbuilder. You don't just play a poker hand — you place it onto a 3×3 altar, card by card, and let the Five Elements flow between cells. Neighbors feed each other (Generation) or fight (Counter); land a card on its home cell and its guardian beast wakes. Where you put a card matters as much as what it is.

What's in the demo

• Spring and Summer — two full seasons, ten rounds, each season ending in a beast boss: the Azure Dragon that seals your Wood, then the Vermilion Bird that melts your cards and refuses to stay dead.

• A real build — 57 of the 107 relics, 24 of the 25 talismans, all nine Big Dipper stars, 20 vouchers, 4 sect decks, a crafting furnace with 8 recipes and all 4 Shanhai beasts. Enough to build runs that play nothing alike.

• The whole board — every hand type, every home cell, Generation, Counter, Calamity and the Qilin's qi at the center. None of the core game is held back.

• A second lap — clear both seasons and the second stake tier unlocks: same run, harder rules.

• English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.

Fire lands in the South — the Vermilion Bird wakes.

Treasures out of Chinese myth and legend, each one bending the rules its own way. Find the few that fit your board, and watch your build come alive.

Every relic can carry an aura

The same sword — plain, then wreathed in five different auras.

Any relic can turn up wreathed in a Relic Aura — some make it stronger, some make it stranger, and one comes at a price. Eight in all, each one worth hunting for.

What the full game adds

• Autumn and Winter — the White Tiger and the Black Tortoise, and the run that carries through all four.

• The full relic and talisman pools, five decks, sixteen mini-bosses, nine stake tiers, the complete achievement list, seeded runs and an Endless mode.

During development we used generative AI tools to create some content that ships in the game:

- Visual art: Some 2D art (card illustrations, store/capsule art, boss and deity illustrations, UI seals, and marketing images) was generated with an image model, then hand-edited, composited, and curated by us.
- Music: The looping background music tracks were generated with an AI music tool, then edited and mastered (trimmed and crossfade-looped) by us before inclusion.
- Text / localization: Some in-game text and its translations (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English) were produced with AI assistance and then reviewed and edited by us.

All AI-generated content was reviewed by a human before shipping.
We have confirmed our right to use these tools' output commercially, and have taken steps to ensure the content does not infringe third-party IP.
