DIGGING UP - DEMO

You came to a distant planet in search of valuable resources. The plan was simple: land, drill through the rock, fill the cargo hold with rare minerals, and leave.

But something went wrong.

After a massive cave-in, you and your equipment ended up deep beneath the surface of an alien planet. Your ship is still somewhere above you.

So the plan has changed a little.

Now you have to dig up.

The Digging Up Demo lets you experience the first part of your journey toward the surface and try the game's core mechanics - solo or in co-op with up to 4 players.

Everything is a little more compact than in the full game: a smaller area to explore, fewer resources, upgrades, and tools. But there's enough here to get a taste of what's waiting underground.

The demo gives you access to a limited section of the underground world.

Drill through rock, carve your own path, discover caves and resource deposits, explore hidden areas, and gradually make your way upward.

Your journey is limited to a certain height - reaching it marks the end of the demo.

But even down here, not everything buried in the rock is just... rock.

Sometimes you'll find petrified creatures.

Most of them have been dead for a very long time.

Most of them.

TRY THE TOOLS

The demo includes a selection of equipment from the full version of Digging Up.

Use the grappling hook to reach difficult areas, stick lamps directly onto walls, and blast through obstacles with sticky bombs with a five-second timer.

Experiment with different ways to explore and move through the underground world. Carefully search for a way around - or just drill straight through.

MINE. CRAFT. UPGRADE.

Collect minerals, gemstones, and other resources you discover along the way.

The demo includes a limited version of the crafting and progression systems. You'll be able to craft a selection of items, upgrade your equipment, and improve your drill several times.

Higher upgrade levels, advanced technologies, additional equipment, and more valuable resources are reserved for the full game.

SOLO OR TOGETHER

Play the demo alone or with friends in co-op for up to 4 players.

Dig together, share resources, explore caves, help each other reach difficult places, and argue about which direction you're actually supposed to be drilling.

The built-in voice chat is also available.

And yes - you can still push other players.

Some features are simply too important to leave out of the demo.

The demo ends once you reach a certain height. Additional biomes, rarer resources, new technologies, advanced upgrades, more equipment, and the rest of your journey toward the ship will be available in the full version of Digging Up.

The ship is still somewhere up there.

The demo just gets you a little closer.
