About This Game

DESCENT

Swarmdle is a survivors-like. You move, your weapons fire on their own, and the screen fills up faster than you can clear it.

Descent is the main mode. You pick a character and fight your way down through three areas. Each has its own layout, and the mix of enemies is rerolled every run. Between waves the arena empties and you spend what you collected on new weapons, upgrades and repairs, then the next wave comes in harder than the last.

Most runs end before the bottom, and what you carried out buys permanent upgrades for every run after it.

Descent has eight characters, each with a different starting weapon, and seven of them unlock as you play. Eight weapons appear only here.

THE DAILY, FREE FOREVER

Everyone in the world plays the same daily run: same starting weapon, same map, same two modifiers, same waves, same bosses. It lasts twelve minutes, and at the end you get a spoiler-free result you can share with anyone else who played that day.

Surviving twelve minutes is a win. Carry on in endless mode to see how long you last.

The daily is free in the demo and will stay that way. The full game has the same daily.
