Why Early Access?

“We want to use Early Access to gather real player feedback, continuously refine the game's core balancing and experience, and prioritize future content accordingly. This helps us make the game more stable and polished on the road to full release, while also letting players enjoy it sooner.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect the Early Access period to last around 6 to 8 months. This timeline is flexible and will be adjusted based on the volume of player feedback and the actual pace of content development. If players suggest many high-value new ideas, we may extend Early Access to incorporate more content. If the core experience is polished smoothly and content reaches our targets, we may enter full release ahead of schedule.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version aims to deliver a complete massage studio gameplay loop and management experience. The full version is planned to further deepen the gameplay, expand the amount of content, and increase the overall level of polish.

The current version already features core gameplay around treatments, studio management, character customization, and basic staff/studio progression. During Early Access, we plan to gradually expand based on player feedback: more massage treatments and interaction methods, more customer types and events, richer business progression and character content, as well as more settings, decorations, and character customization assets. We will also continually optimize the UI experience, controls, performance, and economic balance.

The above represents our current development direction. Specific features, quantities, and priorities may be adjusted based on test results and community feedback.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version already features the core gameplay loop of running a massage studio: you can serve customers, complete massage sessions, earn revenue, and reinvest that revenue into growing your studio and related abilities. Character customization, basic business management, and massage interactions are also fully implemented. As designed, you can create or choose characters and assign them as staff or customers within the game.

That said, certain aspects — such as numerical balancing, UI prompts, animation and interaction details, performance, and content variety — may continue to be adjusted in future updates. We may also make structural improvements to existing systems based on player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“As we add more content, features, and overall polish, the base price of the game may be adjusted during Early Access or upon the 1.0 launch. This means the full version could cost more than the early stages of Early Access.

If we do plan a price adjustment in the future, we will do our best to inform players in advance through a Steam announcement.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to use the Steam discussion boards and our official community channels as the main feedback hubs, focusing on four key areas: bugs and performance issues, massage interaction and control feel, management balance and pacing, and player preferences for characters and content.

We'll prioritize feedback based on how often it's reported, how many players it affects, the cost of implementing it, and how well it aligns with the overall direction of the game — rather than simply going by the number of upvotes on a single suggestion. For important changes, we plan to explain our reasoning through update announcements or developer logs. When suitable for public testing, we may also invite players to participate through polls, surveys, or beta branches.”
