Explore its abandoned rooms, basement, attic, and surrounding buildings. Search your environment, find the items needed to progress, and uncover drawings, handwritten notes, and disturbing memories connected to the Red Hollow Sanatorium.

But something is lurking in the darkness.

With no weapons to defend yourself, you will sometimes have no choice but to hide, run, and survive against a creature that seems to anticipate your every move. As buried memories begin to resurface, the line between reality and hallucination slowly starts to fade.
