Travel across a board game-inspired world map, battle dangerous enemies, rescue imprisoned companions, and expand your party.

Recruit from a large roster of unique companions and choose the three who best fit your strategy. Lead your four-person party through compact 7×6 tactical battlefields where positioning, teamwork, and every decision matter.

Strengthen Your Party

Visit towns during your expeditions to buy equipment, gather supplies, and improve your companions.

Exploration rewards you with Inspiration, a mysterious resource that can be combined with soil at your base camp to craft powerful Talismans. Different companions benefit from different Talismans, and the more they trust you, the stronger their Talismans become.

Experiment with different builds and create powerful combinations for every expedition.

The Sacrifice System

The heart of Junk Ark is its unique Sacrifice mechanic.

At any point during battle, you may sacrifice one companion to completely restore the HP of everyone else.

Will you lose one ally to ensure survival, or risk the entire party in hopes of overcoming the battle together?

Every sacrifice carries weight.

Defeated companions leave their bodies on the battlefield. Bring their remains to the mechanic and they can be rebuilt as mechanical soldiers, ready to fight again.

But if you die, the expedition ends, and the journey begins from the very beginning.

Your Choices Reveal the Truth

The world reacts to how you treat your companions.

Players who frequently rely on sacrifice will experience the story differently from those who refuse to abandon their allies.

Completing the final chapter finishes your first playthrough and unlocks a higher difficulty level.
