About This Game

One Heist. One Split Built on Trust.

Bank Heist: The Division is an online strategy card game for 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 players. A single-player mode against AI opponents is also available.

Commit your cash in public, choose your identity in secret, purchase intelligence, and negotiate against the clock. Once the roles are revealed, identity conflicts and unique abilities determine who remains—and how the final take is divided.

Bet Your Cash, Not Your Trust

Each heist begins with three public commitments:

• Pay the entry fee to take part in the current round.

• Increase your loot stake to claim a greater share after a successful robbery.

• Purchase optional escape insurance to reduce your losses if you are eliminated.

The more you commit, the greater your potential reward—but heavy investors will quickly become the focus of suspicion and manipulation.

Eliminate Your Rivals and Divide Their Losses

When a player is eliminated, any unreturned entry fee and genuine-cash loot stake not protected by escape insurance are added to the round’s player loot pot. This pot is distributed together with the bank’s loot according to the final weights of the surviving players.

A heavily invested player’s defeat can therefore become another survivor’s profit. Withdrawing from the crew allows you to recover your entry fee and loot stake, but you lose the right to participate in role resolution or receive loot that round. Insurance can reduce elimination losses, but its premium is always spent regardless of the outcome.

Hide Your Identity and Read the Table

After making their commitments, every player secretly chooses a role. The Enforcer, Driver, Gunman, Insider, Strategist, Gambler, and Counterfeiter each have different abilities, risks, and objectives.

Matching identities can trigger conflicts. Secret targets may change the list of survivors, while refunds, fees, extortion, intelligence, wagers, and counterfeit money can reshape the final division of the loot.

Study the public stakes, available intelligence, and the behavior of the other players. Who can you trust? Who might collide with your identity? And who is preparing to eliminate you after convincing you to bet everything?

Renegotiate the Deal

During negotiations, players can investigate identities, purchase intelligence, transfer money, increase their loot stakes or insurance premiums, and ultimately decide whether to remain with the crew or withdraw.

Verbal promises are not enforced by the game. A transfer may be a genuine offer of cooperation—or bait intended to make another player commit even more. Form temporary alliances, exchange favors, or walk away before the risk becomes uncontrollable.

A Failed Heist Makes the Next One Richer

If no player reaches the loot distribution stage, the heist fails and its bank card remains in the central area for the next round. Up to three banks can accumulate at once.

Any unclaimed player loot is also carried forward, waiting for the next successful heist. As the banks and cash continue to accumulate, both the risk and the potential reward increase.

Make Enough Money to Walk Away

The available role pool, role cooldowns, and cash target are adjusted for matches with 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 players.

After a complete round of financial settlement, the leading player who reaches the required cash target successfully walks away from the criminal life. If every bank has been robbed or the match reaches the end of Round 10, the player with the most cash wins.
