Zero Viewers is a third-person psychological horror adventure and livestream simulation game set inside a psychiatric hospital.

Kim Ian was once a popular streamer with a large audience. But after an incident during a livestream and a series of controversies, he loses everything—including every last viewer—and is admitted to a psychiatric hospital.

Unable to endure a life where he can’t even stream, Ian eventually discovers a phone that someone has hidden somewhere inside the hospital.

Carefully, he slips into a secluded corner and turns on the stream...

The more dangerous your actions become during a broadcast, the higher the hospital’s suspicion and danger levels will rise.
