About This Game

Drop a Bug. Watch It Bounce.

Frogs sit still.

Bugs do the moving.

Every frog a bug touches does one of two things: feed the bug to raise its value, or eat it and turn that value into energy. Get the order right and one fly clears the whole day's goal.

Build the Pond

  • Place frogs: 26 species, one line of text each, no hidden math.

  • Merge them: three of a kind becomes a star frog worth far more than the three were. At three stars it earns a name and a trait, and two named frogs fuse into one frog that does both jobs.

  • Plant mushroom caps: caps multiply every frog in reach, and they are the only multiplier in the game. Where you plant them is the decision.

  • Bond a family: own three different Garden, Predator, Court, River or Market frogs and that family's rule switches on for the rest of the run.

Nine Ponds, Your Route

A run is 36 days across five ponds, and you choose which pond you move to next.

Each one changes three things: the board you build on, how bugs enter it, and one rule that bends how you score or how you spend.

  • The Snarled Swamp closes slots with roots, so the board never sits still.

  • The Raging Rapids shove every falling bug sideways.

  • The Gilded Marsh drops bugs three at a time and pays you back for every lily bounce.

  • The Ebbing Estuary floods its bottom row mid-drop, halving the frogs down there.

Pick Your Weather

Every third day you choose the weather, and it applies to everything.

Moonlight puts your best frog to sleep and pays every other frog more.

Sparse Swarm halves your bugs and doubles what each one is worth.

Low Water just raises the goal.

Take the one your build can survive.

Cozy, Not Casual

Dark water, fireflies, a lot of croaking, and a synergy roguelike underneath that wants you to find the broken pond.

Runs last 30 to 45 minutes and then keep going into endless.

Score past the goal and the overflow banks Pond Knowledge, which buys permanent upgrades for every run after.

Frogs, relics and ponds unlock as you play, so run twenty starts with options run one never had.

Built for Steam Deck from day one: full controller support and text you can read without leaning in.

One bugs, a million croaks.
