“We currently expect Life in Red Line to remain in Early Access for approximately 12 to 18 months. This is an estimate and may change depending on development progress and community feedback.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include the completed main story, additional missions and jobs, more vehicles and activities, further improvements to the open world, AI, balancing, optimization, audio, animations and overall polish. The exact scope may evolve during Early Access in response to player feedback.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version offers a playable single-player open-world life and vehicle simulation set in 1970s Czechoslovakia. Players can explore the world, use different vehicles, earn money through jobs, manage their character’s needs and finances, encounter the police and wanted system, and play the currently available missions and activities.

The game is still under active development. Some content, user interface elements, animations and gameplay systems are unfinished, and players should expect bugs and balancing issues. Major updates may occasionally affect save compatibility.

About This Game

Life in Red Line is a realistic life simulation set in communist Czechoslovakia in 1976.

After returning from military service, you find out that everything has changed. Your parents disappeared across the border, your apartment was confiscated, and you have nowhere to go. Your only option is to move to your grandfather's old cottage and start a completely new life.

Explore the countryside, work different jobs, earn money, repair and buy vehicles, meet people, and slowly build your own future in a world full of limitations, secrets and choices.

Experience everyday life in the 1970s — from repairing old cars and motorcycles, driving through villages and forests, to surviving the challenges of ordinary life under a strict regime.
