You start with a paper route. Ten desks later you are operating a central bank money printer, and at no point did anyone stop to ask whether this should be happening.

Bull Run is an incremental game about the market: its manias, its crashes, and the people who explain them to you afterwards.

Every desk earns while you sleep. Every desk makes the one before it look quaint.

Play the market

Twenty-three tickers, all moving without your permission. Buy low and sell high, or discover the other order. Get in on an IPO before the lockup expires. Accumulate shares in a company until you own it outright, then collect its dividends forever.

Survive the news

138 events roll across the ticker: booms, panics, and headlines written by people who were wrong last week too. HACK MAIL arrives in your inbox. Opening it is a coin flip. Not opening it is also a decision.

Cash out

When the numbers get silly, take the golden parachute. Trade a lifetime of earnings for permanent upgrades across 38 skills, then start again from the paper route and get there faster.
