What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We believe Early Access is the best way to improve the game together with our players. As a multiplayer hide-and-seek game, player feedback is especially valuable for balancing both teams, refining the rules, and making each match more enjoyable.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect the game to remain in Early Access for approximately 6–12 months. This estimate may change depending on development progress and community feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to improve the overall gameplay experience, balance, performance, and stability. The full version is also planned to include additional maps and other content based on development progress and player feedback.

These plans may be adjusted during Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes the core multiplayer gameplay experience, with players competing as shapeshifting Druids and armed Hunters.

Players can scout the village as bats, disguise themselves as animals, steal valuable objects, and hunt suspicious animals across one playable map. The main gameplay systems are functional, although balance, content, presentation, and technical performance are still being improved.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price may increase when the game leaves Early Access, depending on the amount of content and improvements added during development. Any pricing changes will be announced in advance.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will collect feedback through the Steam Community discussions, player reviews, and other community channels. Player feedback will help us identify bugs, improve balance, refine gameplay systems, and prioritize future updates.”

About This Game

ACT NATURAL. STEAL EVERYTHING.

Sneaky Pig is a multiplayer twist on classic hide-and-seek.

One team plays as shapeshifting Druids attempting to rob a peaceful village. The other team plays as armed Hunters trying to identify which animals are villagers—and which ones are thieves in disguise.

Study the animals. Copy their behavior. Steal the treasure. Just do not look suspicious.

SCOUT BY NIGHT

Each round begins after dark.

The Druids transform into bats and fly above the village, scanning buildings and surrounding areas for valuable objects. Use this time to memorize escape routes, locate the best targets, and plan your daytime disguise.

The Hunters are already searching.

They can spot and shoot down suspicious bats, disrupting the Druids’ reconnaissance before the real heist begins. Getting eliminated during this phase costs valuable scouting time, but it will not remove you from the round.

BLEND IN BY DAY

When morning arrives, the Druids must enter the village disguised as its animals.

Observe a chicken, pig, sheep, dog, or another nearby creature to copy its appearance. Then behave exactly like it would.

Walk with the herd. Stay inside the pen. Eat, wander, and stop at believable moments. Sudden turns, unusual routes, and animals standing where they do not belong may attract the Hunters’ attention.

You are not simply hiding.

You are pretending to be part of the world.

STEAL WITHOUT GETTING CAUGHT

Valuable objects are hidden throughout the village.

Druids must reach them without breaking character, steal them, and hold onto them for as long as possible. Every theft triggers an alarm within the surrounding area, immediately warning nearby Hunters that something is wrong.

Hunters score by eliminating disguised Druids and receive additional points for taking down anyone carrying stolen treasure.

If a treasure carrier is eliminated, the stolen object returns to one of its possible locations—forcing both teams to search for it again.

EVERY SHOT MATTERS

Hunters begin with only five rounds of ammunition.

After firing, one bullet is restored every 60 seconds. Shooting every suspicious chicken is not a winning strategy.

Watch how the animals move. Look for broken routines. Communicate with your team, corner your target, and pull the trigger only when you are confident.

A missed shot gives the Druids another chance to disappear into the herd.

BEST OF FIVE

Matches are played as a best-of-five contest, with the first team to win three rounds taking the match.

  • Hunters earn points for eliminating Druids, with bonus points for defeating treasure carriers.

  • Hiders earn points by stealing valuables and keeping possession of them.

  • Players on the winning team receive a 1.5× reward bonus at the end of the match.

Individual greed may earn you points, but only teamwork wins the hunt.

MULTIPLE WAYS TO PLAY

Respawn Mode

Eliminated players return at a safe location away from nearby Hunters, keeping every player involved until the round ends.

Infection Mode

An eliminated Hider returns as a Hunter and joins the search for their former teammates. The hiding team becomes smaller with every mistake, turning the final minutes into an increasingly desperate chase.

Will you protect the remaining Druids—or become the village’s most dangerous tracker?

A DIFFERENT MATCH EVERY TIME

Animal movements, treasure locations, disguises, player behavior, and false accusations make every round unpredictable.

A pig wandering through the village may be perfectly innocent.

Or it may be carrying the most valuable object in town.

Blend in. Watch closely. Trust nothing.
