A boat with somewhere to be

Seagazer is a single-player sailing adventure. You're a small boat with a compass. It points onward, but rarely in a straight line. Follow its pull to islands, to treasure and wreckage the sea gives up, and to the people it finds. There is no map, quest log, or checklist.

From dawn into starlight

Sail across a painterly ocean. Seagazer is about curiosity, kindness, and finding the courage to go.

Look up

On any night you can stop and look up. Every star plays a note, all on the same scale, so nothing you draw can clash. Join them into constellations of your own and name them, or sail right past. Keep one, and its brightest star goes on your compass ring, so you can steer by it if you choose to.

• Navigate by compass, and by your own stars if you like, without a map, quest markers, or checklists.

• Take what the sea gives you without slowing down, from treasure to whatever washes up, and keep what matters.

• Get to know the people along the way, and help them with the things they've always put off.

• Discover fleeting Wonders that bring scale, mystery, music, and surprise to the sea.

• Explore a tightly curated world shaped by changing light, open water, and quiet space.

Made by one developer

Seagazer is being made by one developer, HeedlessNomad, with an artist designing its people and places and a composer writing its music. There's no release date yet, and the next step is a playable demo. Follow the game for a monthly logbook of what's changed.
