Play as a corporate employee, whose job is to hire, manage, and lead a team of heroes in grid-based, tactical battles. Discover 100+ different heroes, all of whom bring their own diverse stats and abilities to the table. Carefully balance expensive policies and equipment that strengthen your heroes with austerity measures that keep you in the black. With every contract, you build your squad from scratch, meaning no two attempts are the same.

While the game is mostly limited to fantasy violence, there are tongue-in-cheek references to hell (the fifth campaign takes place in hell, with the implication that most of the in-game heroes go to hell due to their violent profession).
