About This Demo

Hexzen is a hexagonal logic puzzle game played against shifting skies with a calm soundtrack. Read the clues, deduce every tile, and clear the board one step at a time. Every puzzle can be solved through logic alone. This demo is the opening of the game: the first region of the campaign, a taste of the second, and the daily puzzle.

What you can play

• The first region of the handmade campaign, end to end. It teaches the rules step by step, then puts your deduction to a real test against the region's boss.

• A taste of the second region: the two chapters that introduce the signature clue variants: parity clues, which only tell you whether a count is odd or even, and a runic cipher to decode. Both are open from the start, no unlocking needed.

• The daily puzzle: one board a day, the same for every player, demo and full game alike.

• Every option from the full game: an interface in 15 languages, right-to-left Arabic included, color-blind palettes, a dyslexia-friendly font, a relaxed mode, and play with mouse, keyboard or controller.

Your progress carries over

If you decide to continue in the full game, your demo progress is imported automatically the first time you launch it. You pick up exactly where you left off.

In the full game

The rest of the campaign raises the stakes: the veiled words in full, mirrored boards, one-off rules written for a single level, and the final seals. The full game also opens Infinite Mode, where you generate puzzles at your preferred difficulty and share their seed codes, along with community levels and a built-in editor for making your own levels and campaigns.
